The National Examinations Council (NECO) has released the results of candidates who sat for the 2016 November/December General Certificate Examinations (GCE).
While announcing the results in Minna on Tuesday, the registrar and Chief Executive Officer of NECO, Prof. Charles Uwakwe, said that out of the 47,941 candidates that registered, 47,118 candidates sat for the examination. He also added that 28,530 candidates, representing 60.55 percent of the total number of candidates that wrote the examination, passed with five credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
He advised that candidates should check their results online on the NECO results checker using their registration numbers and scratch cards.
